  • Full payment is required before project delivery.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store payment details.

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Prices may change, with prior notice provided.

 

5. Refund Policy

  • 100% refunds are available only if work has not started or been delivered.

  • Once AI content generation or consultation begins, refunds will not be issued.

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

 

6. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on service type and content volume.

  • Standard delivery time is typically 3–10 business days.

  • Delays caused by incomplete inputs or late client feedback are not our responsibility.

 

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Full rights to AI-generated content are transferred to you upon full payment, subject to plan-specific licensing terms.

  • We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our content without permission is prohibited.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide clear and complete creative briefs or inputs on time.

  • Review and approve drafts within the agreed timeline.

  • Use content in compliance with platform rules and applicable laws.

We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the client’s use of the content.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results such as engagement, conversions, or sales.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
